Getting Back to Y-O-U

"The house of pain, I don’t reside here, I am just passing through. When I’m ready, I’ll let go of you. You cannot keep me, I’m not yours, I must continue to push through. My true home sits in the depth of my Spirit, very far away from you. Although I don’t like being here I understand for me to mature, I have to discover the message beyond you. Even so, I am certain our moments together will be few.”

No one person is exempt from experiencing heart ache. We must understand that sometimes in order for us to get to know ourselves, sometimes we have to go through things that might not feel so good i.e. breakups or loss of any kind. In order for us to learn, we have to be sure not to let the lessons fade in the pain. If we continue to suffer by repeating the same experiences, this is an indication that change needs to take place. When our souls are silently crying for attention, and we continue to neglect it, it’s the responsibility of the powers that Be to protect us (even from ourselves) and remove the distractions. The Universe will sit you down, giving you no choice but to focus on Self.

I Am still here...

I am flowing rivers of wisdom, I am a queen of tales untold, I am pure in opaque waters, I am words of immeasurable influence, I am the birth of God’s breath, I am winding winds, I am resilience in form, I am energized journey, I am L-O-V-E observed, I am candescent.

I am growing

I am expanding

I am reaching

I am believing

I am achieving

I am intuition

I am mystic in motion

Even if you don’t know me because I am not who I used to be, Even if you cannot see me through your obscurity, Even if you don’t recognize me.

I Am still here.

Keeping it simple...

A person doesn't have to be a PhD scholar to speak the Truth. The easy to understand statements are the greatest to live by. They can be spoken with the simplest words and yet they are the most meaningful and profound. They don't cost an arm and a leg to hear and their lessons can last two lifetimes. So keep it simple..."To thy own Self be true," "Live, Laugh, Love" and "Dance like its your last."

Made Manifest...

Everything we desire is levitating in the invisible, silently waiting. Our foremost instance of recognizing the want is a sign of confirmation that whatever we wish for already exists. Our realization is the DEMAND; we need not worry about ...the SUPPLY for it is limitless and ceaselessly present. It precedes our every thought, waiting for us to make it manifest.

You can do this!

There is something to be said about a person who not only declares their heart's desire but they put forth the effort to do what needs to be done in order to make that desire become form. Whether the desire be better health, love, financial independence, peace, more happiness in life or whatever, you must know that you can have whatever it is you desire & you must do the work ~ the mind work, the soul work, the heart "healing" work. You are energy in motion, choose where you're going wisely & remain aware of what and who you devote your energy to. You say you want it so first determine what "it" is & THEN PROVE IT! You can do this!

Same Love...

Be proud of who you are, no matter how the world hates, its only hurting, in its pain it cannot accept you but it doesn't have to. Heal from the wounds caused by the judgment of those who said they loved you. Forgive them even though deep down, they understand what they do. Change for no one but you. You are not flawed, you are beautiful, made perfectly, you are not a mistake. See yourself through those tears; allow them to cleanse your heart. Embrace your true self, be proud, love who you are just the way, you are. #ILoveU

Things Unseen...

When we were young, we dreamed of things unseen, we played with friends who weren't reality, our imaginations were without boundary, our minds were limitless. We could be whomever we chose to be. If we wanted to go, we went by closing our eyes, the best way to see. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." At the time we had no idea how faithful we were to the possibilities of the impossible. Let's go back there, shall we?

A time undefined...

Life, a term of numerous meanings. Intricately amazing. It'll bend but don't let it break you. It'll try to define you but don't let it make you. At times too much, go where your silence takes you. Life, a place where the trace of your footsteps tell a story. Where meditation is innate, introspection automatic & peace mandatory. Embrace the details of It. Inhale the essence of It. When you're low, rise above It. Love your life, Laugh your life, Live your life.

Stepping Stones...

In my eyes, Love is never lost.  We have mistakenly learned that these relationships we've established throughout our lives are solely about love but they are about much more. They are also about learning about others and most importantly about ourselves.
Once you begin to really analyze what you’ve learned about yourself and you use that introspection to grow and to contribute to yourself; you will find that you'll be closer to yourself. Therefore increasing the love you have within and no longer looking at past relationships as being negative but instead seeing them as stepping stones to a higher purpose.
Get to know your true self and find that peace you knew was there all along but was hard to reach (you know like that itch in the middle of your back).  Sometimes pain is an indicator that something needs to be learned and you must look beyond it in order to find the Lesson.

The in between...

Life…

Everyday the wind blows, the sun shines, the moon glows

We try our best to enjoy the breeze in between

No one has a “to do or what not to do” list, a guidebook or a map

Everyday we get a chance to start a new, to breathe again, love again, and to achieve again

At times it doesn’t measure up to the love songs we hear on the radio

It doesn’t mirror any scene we’ve seen in the picture shows

Yet in still we have it to use at our leisure, to forfeit our dues, to sing and dance how we choose, to share in the exceptions to the rules

Roller coaster rides of pleasure and pain, white picket fences, reaching for the illusion of the “American Dream”

Where do we fit in the wind’s grand scheme?

The tears, the fears, the cheers, searching for reasoning…why we’re here

Floating in the in between.

Her words make you want to love more, be a better parent, and find true happiness from within. To find God's true plan for you and live it to the fulliest. I thought I knew myself until I read this book... Thanks for allowing me to read your journey!"

Love yourself more

January 13 ~ When you hate yourself, you can't possibly love anyone else. I'm not referring to completely despising yourself but I am referring to not adoring every single part of your entire being. I am referring to existing in a space where you love everything about yourself.
Particular entities have a major impact on people's self worth by assisting people in discovering what's negative about them. Some have been on the forefront of instilling shame and guilt within people for centuries. They say you must act a certain way, you must dress a certain way, you can only date certain people. The list of unfathomable mandates goes on and on. This has caused people to look down upon themselves. People see themselves as flawed and eternally imperfect, never being deemed as good enough. This kind of mental, emotional and psychological bondage is unhealthy and its unfair. What you get when you try to make people be something they are not is a lot of people sneaking around being who they truly are behind closed doors; hurting people hurting other people in the process.
So I say no matter what anyone or any book says, embrace who you are. Love yourself unconditionally. You will never be able to please everyone. The only person worth pleasing is yourself. Don't look down on yourself because of what society or religions say about you! You are good enough to be happy. You are good enough to be free. You are worthy of just being who you desire to be.

Until next time and with much love,

Embracing our Differences

You know how some people say soda or pop and others might say coke for every drink? Or how some say the word "interesting" in two different ways? People were made differently so we speak differently. You might say God, while she says Spirit, he says the Universe and they say other names. My point is don't be so judgemental about other people's choice of words. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe we were made differently in order for God to see if we can look past our differences in order to concentrate on showing unconditional love? Remember while you're spending time nitpicking about someone else's relationship with their Source, you're taking even less time to focus on yours.

Until next time and with much love,
Tiffany Michellè
